About

Logistics

The mission of Team Logistics is to facilitate other teams, so they can keep working as efficiently as possible.

Team structure

Because Logistics is handling quite some different things, the team is structured into sub-teams. Currently, seven sub-teams are planned, which are:

Shopping Warehouse
Shopping
Efficient pre event shopping to save money when buying stuff that everyone needs.
Warehouse
A warehouse that stores everything and is the go-to place for other teams to borrow tools like a shovel or a portable radio, or to get e.g paper, tie wraps and ducttape. Also safely store incoming delivered packages for teams.
Off-site On-site
Off-site
Off-site pick up and delivery, to prevent each separate team from having to rent a truck.
On-site
On-site logistics provides other teams with transportation devices like bicycles or golf carts, and provides services to move around heavy stuff on the field. Manages the 'fleet' of vehicles and guards the storage area for large vehicles and empty scaffolding containers etc.
Waste ROC
Waste
Waste management, making sure waste can be removed continuously from the terrain.
