Team will find a parking area handle all the parking stuff, during arrival and departure we do the traffic guidance as well.

Emergency routes
These are the 3 emergency routers that have to be accessible at all times !
On Site Traffic
The SHA2017 terrain will be a low traffic area, this means we will limit the number of cars that are allowed on site.
We will prevent damage to the terrain and trafficjams on the main roads in this way..
There simply is no room on site to park all the parks!.
.
Of course we realise that there are Teams,Projects and Villages that want temporary (or permanent) access for their cars or truck..
There will be a procedure for getting those kind of access..
Traffic signs
All signs are placed 35 meters before a crossing. If the straight arrow
signs is used it will be placed 25 meters before the crossing.
All signs placed at 1 meter from the paved road.
The signs posted on poles of 2 meters cutting height and a grondpot, it becomes mounted
on the clamp beaten in the ground (55 cm deep), after which the pole clamp is beaten stuck

With all these signs in place this will be the route the participants will drive
Traffic Controllers (Verkeersregelaars)
Duth law demands that all event traffic controlers take a digital course and take a written examen before being allow to control traffic.
All event traffic controllers must me on a list with their certificatenumber, that list must be submitted to the safety region / municipality 3 weeks before the event.
The local police will check to see if the traffic controller work according to law

We will hire professional traffic controllers to cover the big, complex intersections that event traffic controler are not allowed to control.
Parking Plan A parking area P1
We are looking into making the main parking area on the farmers field across the terrain.

On the road in front of the terrain we will need to make 2 temporary bridges to get the cars across
If the main parking is full we have some idea's for alternative parking area's called P2 & P3
Because the road is one way during arrival and pickup, u will have to drive a couple of km's to get to P2&P3

To Do
- find out if we can rent the farmers fields across and at what cost
- Find out where to order 2 temporary carbridges
Kiss & Ride area @P1
If you are just being dropped off or picked up this is the area for u.
The kiss and ride is located in the front area of the main parking.
From here you can walk to the campsite

This way you will avoid the traffic queues around SHA2017 caused by picking up or dropping off people
NO PARKING HERE !, please proceed into the main parking area after dropping off people if u want to park.
Container & Ride @P1
The container & Ride area will help u unload your car and get all the things onto the site
Rolling containers can be lent here and u can be loaded onto a small trucks
The trucks will drop off the containers at your site

Parking Plan B
If we can't rent the farmers field across the campsite there is a alternative plan for parking.
There is a large parking area across the water after going to the kiss and ride to drop off luggage and passangers the drivers then proceed to this parking area.
Transport from and to the parking will be done by a water shuttle.
