Discuss: accept parcels (incoming only) for villages? Requirement: no payments.
- Pros: nice service, little work, doesn't make sense for any of the other teams so we're probably really the only one who can do this
- Cons: we wouldn't provide services for non-orga and this might be considered feature creep.
