Incoming, Notes, Todo, To sort out, etc

TODO wiki:

Things mentioned in SHAday input that are not obviously already on the team radar, sort this out, have opinion about it:

  • trolley for visitors (use deposit) at car park -> will always be in use, noone wants to bring empty one back, etc: spam visitors to byo foldable instead?
  • grocery delivery (wut?! for who?)
  • reachability of the team, always a coordinator reachable (on call, lhq? reachable for who? for teams? shuttle on demand?)
  • luggage shuttle remote parking to central spot(s) on the field -> only for "emergency" or more available?
  • wristbands "verified driver" -> which subteam?
  • wristbands or sth for locals to cross the terrain in case of very unfortunate detour (find out about this)
  • audible golf carts
  • secure storage for teams
  • "postal office"
  • on-camp mailing service
