We are the sysadmin team. We provide the IT services and infrastructure needed for this orga to function. Below you can find an overview of the services we currently have deployed / maintain.

Using the provided services
Some of the services below require an account. A self-service portal is available to register an account: this account is usable for many of the services advertised below. The account has to be approved. Please contact your teamlead, or if you don't have a team yet, contact Team:Projectleiding. Don't mail sysadmin to approve your account, it's not up to us to make the call to approve or deny your request
Support
We provide support only via our ticket system RT. You can send us your support request to sysadmin@sha2017.org. Our aim is to give you a reply within 24 hours.
Rules for support request:
- Only teamleads (first line contacts) can request services for a team. If a non-first-line-contact requests a service for a team, it has to be approved by the teamlead first before we take action.
- Feature requests, as well as bug reports can be requested / reported by anyone.
- If your request contains something like "How can i do X on service Y" we kindly ask you to RTFM.
