Rules for Safety and SecurityWe want a fun and safe party. ==<BR><BR>

There are some rules needed to ensure that and those rules are not up for discussion: <br>

1.Control Zone. The Safe Harbour Authority will authorize every ship movement within their control zone;<br>

2.Good seamen ship. Act responsible for yourself, your environment. We also expect you to beactively helpful to people in need or dangerous situations.<br>
