- Storage for incoming orders, packages, and mail

- Borrowing of tools and consumables to members of other teams
- Verify that they're actually volunteers
- Keep shopping lists
- Expectation Management

- Delivery of borrowed goods
Discuss: accept parcels (incoming only) for villages? Requirement: no payments.
