What we do:

- This subteam will arrange a logistics On-site for other teams. We will do this by hand, handcart, bike, golfcart or forklift.

What we do not:

- Transporting stuff for villages or visitors

Team lead for this sub-team is Manduca

I need a small dedicated workforce for this (about 5 people I guess), which will be supplemented with volunteers where needed.

Work consists, among other things, of the following:

- Guiding the volunteers in their work
- Signaling and reporting possible issues/improvements
- Loading and unloading trucks (helping the off-site transport team)
- Distributing stuff delivered to the various teams
- Transporting stuff from the Logistics store to the various teams (and back where needed)
- Helping team terrain moving stuff around
- Distributing basic gear like beer benches and tables, fences, floorboards etc.
- Assisting the forklifts in their work (extra eyes, preparing loads, guarding the safety of bystanders etc.)
- Having fun at the LHQ

What do we need:

- Porto's (with earpiece/headset for the forklift drivers)
- 3 Forklifts (1 'verrijker', one medium and one small forklifts). All with side shift and lights
- At least two golf-carts (2 persons model with cargo area in the back) with towing-hook and lights.
- Two large open trailers
- A few bikes
- Towing belts for dragging large heavy stuff around
- Large logistics storage terrain, either already paved or covered with dirt mats.

With regard to the forklifts;

We will work with a small dedicated team (experience proved this works best) and all positions are probably filled already. But if you think you have with it takes, let us know. Do remember that this is almost a full time job and that you will be required to be at the event at beginning a build-up till the end of tear-down.
