There will be a physical info desk on the terrain. This will be a shared tent with tables.

The teams that are located there with the front desk are:

  • Volunteers: 2 seats (+space for a monitor)
  • villages: 3 seats (2 + space for a map)
  • tickets: 2 seats
  • Info: 2 to 6 seats, depending on the needs of the other teams
    • Packet pick up
    • 3 laptops, 2 chargers, for infodesk
    • garbage bag distribution
  • noc: 2 to 4 seats
  • badge: 2 seats
  • POC: 2 seats
  • Remaining tables: stickers!
  • Lost and found with a purple crocodile

We also want to have a wheelie bin, as provided by team waste, an inkjet and a laser printer, fire extinguisher(?) and limited storage.

Tent will come with light and one power outlet. Info asked for 8 power extension sockets.
