About

Description

Compiles and disseminates information mainly for visitors, and probably a hub for the other teams - and front desk for them, if they want.

Members

We have/look for people that like to organise and set up the infodesk, as well as people who love getting to know the innards by finding answers to questions.

  • DWizzy - team organiser; experience with previous editions; IRL a wiki and community guy
  • Boekenwuurm - social media, communications
  • thomascovenant - als team lead for tickets
  • _eLMo_ - experience organizing events 50-250 people; IRL a programmer and scrum master
  • Stern
  • Vollkorn - press handling
  • Electrowolf

During the event, we have dozens of shifts for people wanting to help other visitors (see Team:Infodesk/Planning#Resources)

Profile

We're looking for interpersonal skills foremost, inquisitive people who like to gather information and structure it/disseminate in a readable fashion. Much of the information we want to give, we have to compile with other teams.

It'd be great if you have experience working independently, getting things from other people and being hospitable to people asking questions, keeping your 'RTFM' thoughts muttered.
