Social Media management tool

Team:Infodesk is still looking for a software tool. Functionality:

  • tracking incoming messages
  • authorising our users to reply using a shared SHA account
  • tracking who replied to a message
  • connected with, at least:
    • Twitter
    • Facebook
  • Preferably tied in to helpdesk ticketing system (RT)
  • preferably FLOSS, else free-as-in-beer, else sponsored, else from our budget.
