Team:Infodesk is still looking for a software tool. Functionality:
- tracking incoming messages
- authorising our users to reply using a shared SHA account
- tracking who replied to a message
- connected with, at least:
- Preferably tied in to helpdesk ticketing system (RT)
- preferably FLOSS, else free-as-in-beer, else sponsored, else from our budget.
